Introduction

Communications: By joining the Program, you consent to receive promotional emails from InfinityBidPartner.com. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you may cancel your account at any time.
Activity Monitoring: InfinityBidPartner.com reserves the right to monitor Member activity through IP addresses and individual browser activity.
Membership Termination: InfinityBidPartner.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate a Member’s account and access to the Program at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, all earnings may be forfeited, and InfinityBidPartner.com may report the Member to relevant law enforcement agencies if deemed necessary.
Prohibited Conduct:
Members must not abuse their membership privileges or act in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Members must not engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to earn through unauthorized channels.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming activity to promote InfinityBidPartner.com will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings. Incidents will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Participation in the Program is permitted only to the extent allowed by such laws.
Address Updates: Members must promptly notify InfinityBidPartner.com of any changes to their mailing or email address. Failure to do so may result in account termination and forfeiture of unredeemed earnings.
Member Recourse: If you object to any part of this Agreement, any subsequent modifications, or become dissatisfied with the Program, your sole recourse is to discontinue participation and terminate your membership.
Disclaimers
Use at Your Own Risk: Members expressly agree that participation in the Program is at their sole risk. The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfinityBidPartner.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. InfinityBidPartner.com makes no guarantees regarding any goods, services, or transactions obtained through the Program.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, InfinityBidPartner.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement, including but not limited to:
Use or inability to use the Program.
Costs of procuring substitute goods or services.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if InfinityBidPartner.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Data Security: InfinityBidPartner.com employs industry-standard measures, such as firewalls, encryption, token authentication, and traffic monitoring, to protect Member information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Members acknowledge that they transmit data at their own risk.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and InfinityBidPartner.com regarding your membership in the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure by InfinityBidPartner.com to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such provision or any other rights under this Agreement.
